Real TNA!

Harnessing the power of Training Needs Analysis for effective & efficient business results.

Introduction

What is Training Needs Analysis (TNA)? Is it something managers do once a year with their direct reports because the Human Resource or Training department tells them so? Is it to produce evidence that the organisation develops its people so as to achieve or maintain an external excellence award? Has TNA degenerated into mindless one-to-one discussions and form filling exercise at the end of the year - a chore that both management and staff want to put away as quickly as possible?

The answer is “no”! Real TNA is far from the grim scenario depicted above.

There is so much more power and potential in TNA that each and every manager can harness to improve themselves, their team, and ultimately, achieve their organisation’s goals and business objectives.

This 2-day course provides a candid but real insight into TNA and how it can be utilised as a strategy and tool for the betterment of all involved.
