"THE POWER OF WORDS" SEMINAR
Applying it at the Workplace!

How good of a communicator are you when it comes to talking to your family members? Are you wishy-washy? Do you beg, plead and coax your family or colleagues into doing what you want them to do? Different words evoke different feelings and actions. Poorly chosen words can kill enthusiasm, impact self-esteem, lower expectations and hold people back. Well chosen ones can motivate, offer hope, create vision, impact thinking and alter results.

This talk looks at word choice to convey our thoughts, feelings, and connections to family members. The skills learnt at this talk are critical for successful relationships, whether parent, employer or manager.

Course Outline

  • Understanding how to translate the goals in mind with words that evoke desired actions.
  • Examining how good communication leads to good “pitches” being created
  • Appreciating how a choice of words can swing around the dynamics of a situation

Who Should Attend?
