  2 day Concrete and Concise Written Communication Workshop

The key foci of this class will be on ensuring that the participants emerge able to ensure communicative clarity in their written communication.

(3 Individual Written Exercises will be given, as well as group practice. In addition, 2 written samples of each participant’s work should be forwarded to the trainer, 1 week before, for evaluation prior to the training.)

Education
Anne Leong holds a Master of Science degree in Applied & Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Science double degree in International Business and Humanities/Psychology from the University of San Francisco. She is also a certified behavioural and executive coach with Results Coaching Systems, of the International Coach Federation.

Professional ExperienceAnne Leong has worked in the field of Human Resource management and Training & Organisational Development for the last 20 years in the USA and Canada, Europe and in Singapore. She has more than 15 years of experience as an HR consultant in Singapore, Oceania and the greater Asia region.

From 1996 to 2000, she was Managing Director and Principal HRD Consultant of Ewing Communications, leading the company into the arena of Talent Management consulting and Performance-Based training customisation for clients. She pioneered the move from the mere execution of traditional off-the-shelf training to the design of result-based behavioural & skill improvement programmes integrated with HR strategy consulting that facilitated clients dovetailing them with their corporate Human Capital Management initiatives.

Since 2000, Anne has continued to work with clients in the areas of OD, Talent Management, Leader & Professional Development and Change Management, consulting with them and developing programmes that are tailor-made to meet each client’s current & strategic performance goals, its future leadership capability and company growth projections.
