2 Day Effective Coaching Skills for Peak Performance



Coaching is rapidly becoming the quickest and most effective method of developing excellence in workers as they are more than ever expected to be multi-skilled, trained to embrace changes and adapt to the ever-changing marketplace. Good coaching and performance management leads to self-motivation and an attitude that is oriented towards solutions and continual improvement rather than problems and avoidance.

This fun, participative and practical course is designed to provide participants with the tools and skills necessary to help them advance from a supervisor/manager/leader to an effective coach.
