Mr. Joshua Kwai is the Director and Principal Consultant of ICFE Homefront Security Consultancy; a business division of ICFE Group of Companies. Since 1993 to 2007, he has had served in the Ministry of Defence as a Military Police and Field Intelligence Officer, in the Singapore Police Force as a Law Enforcer, and in the Ministry of Home Affairs as a Field Operations Officer. Throughout these 15 years, he was involved in both covert and overt military and police operations, and giving advices to Ministry Security Officers & Department Security Officers of various Government Ministries and Statutory Boards, and Security Managers and/or Directors from the commercial entities with state-of-the-art methodologies in hardening their building security.

From 2007 to early 2010, prior to joining ICFE Group of Companies, Joshua was the Principal Consultant with AETOS Security Training & Consultancy Pte Ltd, and was the Lead Training cum Security Consultant with STET Homeland Security Services Pte Ltd as well. Therefore, over the years from 1993 till current, Joshua has developed his field of expertise in the areas of Counter Terrorism Strategies, Security Consultancy, Security-related Training Consultancy, and Business Resilience Consultancy.

Joshua often being invited to conferences and seminars as a distinguish speaker, and also being invited to contribute articles by security professional journals such as Security Solutions Today & ASIS International (Singapore Chapter) Newsletter to address today’s emerging security challenges and pen his professional views and recommended solutions.
