1 day Workshop on Emotional Intelligence (EQ) for Adapting to Change

Introduction

Experiencing change is nearly always a stressful time and can even lead to distress. When these stressors are not handle effectively by the individual, it can lead to an entrenched resistance to the change, slowing down the whole change process.
While the organization has a duty to explain the necessity for the change and to put into place the processes that will support this change, the individual too has a responsibility to support this organizational change. And this is where their emotions can get in the way.
This workshop will help participants identify their emotions associated with the change and the root causes for these emotions. They will learn how to develop their EQ to assist them through the change they are experiencing.
