| Because you are working with all types of people that come in various shapes and sizes and with limited resources in a confined workplace in a congested country, there are many hot-button issues that triggered you into anger easily. Everyone sees the world through their own rose-tinted glasses. Other than being a dessert hermit, there is no way to avoid interacting with people and issues. From young, we are taught and conditioned to response these triggers with anger. Fortunately, there are other techniques to resolve your anger and other responses to manage your issues. |
