1 Day Anger Management Workshop
– Learn To Control Your Anger Before It Controls You!
Sometimes there is no getting away from the people, situations or things that drive you mad. The only thing you can do is learn to manage your response to stay in control at times of stress. Day to day problems, negative thoughts and beliefs, and interpersonal relationship problems are interrelated because an increase in stress-related tension also increases the likelihood of anger and aggression. This phenomenal workshop is designed specifically to arm you with the skills you need to maintain emotional control at work and in your personal life -- and to manage the negative emotions of others without overly disturbing yourself. Never again will anger, anxiety, tears, guilt, shame, self downing or lack of assertiveness damage your professional/personal relationships, your reputation, or ruin your job/personal life satisfaction. How much valuable time do you waste wondering if you could have reacted more rationally, if you should have said something else -- and would have, if only you'd known how to respond differently -- or if you should have kept your mouth shut altogether? Attend this powerful workshop and you'll have at your fingertips the perfect response to emotionally charged situations, ready to bring you positive results every time. You will discover which emotions could be holding back your career or damaging your personal relationships, which ones stress you out the most, and how to harness these emotions so they will no longer sabotage your personal/professional success. You will also learn scientifically tested techniques, strategies, tools and exercises for changing how you react to hot-button issues that can trigger your unhealthy negative emotions like anger. What's more, you will master step-by-step how-to's for dealing with typical situations, like when a co-worker, friend, family member or partner lashes out at you or makes a snide remark -- when you’re criticized or berated by someone important in your life. "The ABC connection of how we create our own emotions was valuable in understanding my anger. I learnt that it is possible for me to reduce my anger and bring it down to just 'annoyance' level; my ability to think rationally and the realization that it’s okay for people to be wrong and make mistakes.
