1 Day Behavioural Coaching Skills For Performance Excellence

Many of us are now facing an extremely trying and rapidly changing marketplace for which no one has been truly prepared for. With the global economic downtime and fierce competitions everywhere, many organisations begin to take stock of their direction and goals, rethink and reinvent operating and business models. This would also mean that workers are more than ever expected to be multi-skilled, trained to embrace changes and adapt to the ever-changing marketplace. This expectation would appeal to some workers but could negatively affect the morale, motivation and attitude of many others in their effort to learn and develop new skills with shift in attitude so as to remain relevant and competent in their organisation. So, as a supervisor, manager or leader of staff, you may not only find yourself questioning your own ability to successfully grapple with the challenges ahead but also on how to acquire the skills that will improve your practice and advance your leadership and management in such a disorienting global environment.

Coaching is rapidly becoming the quickest and most effective method of developing excellence in members of staff. Good coaching and performance management leads to self-motivation and an attitude that is oriented towards solutions and continual improvement rather than problems and avoidance.
