About the Trainer
Cynthia Joy Lee, As an approved Advance Certificate & Training Assessment (ACTA) trainer, Cynthia conducts training on Employability Skills System (ESS) programs on behalf of training providers such as Kaplan & Singapore National Employer Federation. Besides ESS programs, Cynthia has conducted coaching and training / facilitation on Customer Service, Cultural Diversity, Career Development, Job Search Strategies & Workplace Communication etc.
By introducing Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP) in her sessions, Cynthia is able to increase her learners' retention & motivation to apply what they learnt.
Cynthia brings with her more than 10 years experience. Her responsibilities include Sales and Marketing, Project Delivery, HR Partner to Business Managers, Coaching and Facilitation /Training. The exposure enables her to understand and meet her clients' needs, taking into consideration the business perspective.
Cynthia has worked with multinationals (Singapore based & Fortune 100) and government quasi companies across various industries. She liaised closely with all levels. Having worked with people from the Asia Pacific, Europe and the United States and across all levels from Operations to Management, Cynthia is adept communicating with people from diverse cultures and roles.
