STET Homeland Security Services Pte Ltd (STET HLS) is a company of Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited (ST Electronics) group. It was established in July 2005 as a business unit of ST Education & Training Pte Ltd. In March 2009, it was inaugurated as an independent company. STET HLS provides independent security consulting, engineering solutions and training to the public and private sector.

Established in 2004, we commenced operations following the strategic merger of the Auxiliary Police Forces of PSA Corporation Ltd, Singapore Technologies Kinetics Ltd (ST Kinetics) and Changi International Airport Services Pte Ltd (CIAS). Singapore Chapter of ASIS International (ASIS) was formed on 25 May 1990 and till date they have more than 150 members. IACSP is focus on all aspects of counterterrorism and will serve its members as a focal point through its suite of professional certification programs, conferences and workshops. As a membership organization, IACSP serves as an excellent platform for security professionals across the world to learn and exchange knowledge from one another and to promote international cooperation in counterterrorism policy IACSP has extensive industry and military links to security professionals across US and Europe and is now expanding its global footprint into Asia through its collaboration with S2 Institute and Centre for Behavioral Science (CBS).
