Program Consultant
We are currently expanding our Sales Team. As a program consultant, you will be responsible for contacting top level executives to participate in our events. Key responsibilities includes targeted leads generation, telesales and expanding business clientele
Job Requirements:
We are looking for sales-oriented personnel who are able to work independently with some experience in telesales
Ability to work independently and be self driven within a team structure.
Ability for multi-tasking and grow in a highly fast paced environment.
Some experience in the finance and training industry is preferred
Event Producers
You are the "Research & Development" arm of the organization. As an Event producer, you will be responsible for structuring an event agenda through research and discussions with senior managers across the industries.
You will also be involved in the selection and invitation of speakers for the events. Through close collaboration with marketing team, you will determine on the marketing plan and ensure the smooth execution of the event from budgeting till post-event coordination.
Job Requirements
Good degree with commercial experience
Good verbal communication skills for telephone research
Good written communication skills for copy writing
Ability to promote an original idea to senior managers
Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
High degree of interest in current business issues and industry trends

Customer Service Officer
We are currently seeking suitable candidates to join us as customer service officer. The candidate will manage and assist in event management, accounts receivable, event delivery and supporting sponsors.
Job requirements
You need to be meticulous and ensure a timely delivery of our events and promises.
Good business to business customer service and interpersonal skills
Meticulous attention to detail, project and deadline oriented
Experience as program coordinator in educational or training institution is preferred
High level of independence and service orientation
Marketing Officer
We are seeking Marketing professionals to join us in expanding our marketing reach across the ASEAN region through the development and implementation of an integrated marketing plan to promote the company's events across various mediums
Develop partnerships with industry associations, marketing channels and publications
Develop close working relationships with events sponsors and partners
Resourceful and excellent communication and business writing skills.
Direct marketing and/or event marketing experience is a plus.
